New MAA Website Goes Live!

A major Myasthenia Alliance Australia (MAA) project spanning 18 months has now been achieved. Thank you to our volunteer Craig for his vision and commitment. Thank you also to our technical experts for the hours of work in creating this look, in carrying across content, for capturing the needs of our community and for much patience with the MAA Board.

We hope everyone will take some time to explore the new look website. Things to note as you look include the following –

  • Font and brightness selection to make reading as easy as possible.
  • Images that are spaced for comfortable viewing.
  • A search button to help with finding information.
  • A dedicated section especially for the Specialists and all health professionals. This is a one stop area for referencing Drugs to be Used with Caution, Understanding IVIg treatment, reading about what Australians with Myasthenia are reporting and learning about all the research that is currently happening.
  • Learn more about your Alliance team and the goals associated with their work.
  • Understand more about Myasthenia and how you can engage with the Australian MG community.
  • News alerts will keep you up to date as was previously the case.
  • Discover our Partner organisations and what they offer.
  • Donating directly to the MAA is now very easy.
  • Registering to receive all the latest information is simple.
  • And much more …..

This website will continue to evolve and develop.
